Pam Brede is the Administrator with Divine Home Care, Inc. In this role, Pam looks after and leads a team in providing home care in all aspects of Home Health, Personal Care, Nursing, Therapy and Homemaking. Pam is a big believer in home care and supports the Medicare guidelines. Pam is a qualified business owner and holds a degree in Nursing as a Registered Nurse from Ridgewater College in Willmar, MN. She has more than 30 years of experience in the nursing field with hands on and helping the people in the community. Before opening Divine Home Care, Inc. in 2004, Pam worked as a nurse in both hospital and waivered settings. Within 5 years, Divine Home Care has grown and now serves 20 counties and has 4 branch offices.
Pam spends her free time with her husband Jeff and family. They have 4 daughters, 3 son-in-laws and 11 grandchildren and live on a farm near Lake Lillian, Minnesota. Pam’s favorite hobbies are camping, quilting and shopping with her daughters.

Alison has an "Associate of Science Degree" in Nursing from the Ridgewater College in Willmar, Minnesota. She has been a Registered Nurse for over five years and has worked at a local hospital before joining the team at Divine Home Care. Health care has been her life long field of experience as a CNA and an LPN.
When not at work, Alison stays busy with her husband, Josh and three young children, Isabella, Gavin and Peyton. She and her family live near Kandiyohi with their dogs-Buster and Maddy and pet bunnies-Ella and Kate. Alison thoroughly enjoys working in the home care field and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, scrapbooking and shopping.

Jessica has been with Divine Home Care since 2004 and supervises RN case managers. Quality assurance is maintained in consumer care and compliance with conditions of participation. A regular visit to the branch offices ensures that consumer care and documentation meet state and company guidelines and standards. Jessica has dedicated her career to health care, she has provided care to others as a Nurses Aid and LPN. Jessica acquired an enriched experience and passion for meeting the needs of the consumer as an LPN at a local nursing home and an acute care facility. Jessica graduated from the RN program at Ridgewater College in Willmar, Minnesota in 2004 and then began her RN career.
She lives on a hobby farm outside of Kandiyohi, MN and loves spending time with her husband, Dave and four wonderful children. Jessica and Dave are involved with riding horses and competing at ranch rodeos. With the rest of her spare time she enjoys camping, scrapbooking, running, quilting and spending time with her family and friends.

In 2005 Kristin started in the Willmar office as a Case Manager and has relocated to the Redwood Falls office. She has worked in the healthcare field most of her career, starting as a Nurses Assistant in a long term care facility. After graduating from the RN program at Ridgewater College in Willmar, Minnesota; she started with her RN career working on the Medical/Surgical floor at an acute care hospital before coming over to Divine Home Care. She has experience in geriatrics, pediatrics, acute care, wound care and IV therapy.
Kristin lives near Sanborn, MN and has two children. She enjoys being outdoors, camping, gardening and spending time with family and friends.

Sherry began her career as a RN with Divine Home Care, in December of 2006. During her schooling to become a Registered Nurse she worked as a LPN and gained passion and experience in meeting the needs of consumers. She has experience in many areas which include: IV Therapy, tracheotomy care, PEG tubes, wound care, injections, insulin therapy, medication management, blood draws, developing and implementing care plans, delegation, implementing teaching plans, supervision of nurses, HHA, PCA’s. Along with providing coordination of care with physicians, county case managers, public health nurses, pharmacists and guardians.
Sherry lives in a small community in west central MN with her spouse and has three sons. In her spare time she enjoys camping, fishing, reading mysteries, trying new restaurants and recently has started quilting.

She has been a Registered Nurse since 2007 and joined the Divine Home Care team in 2008. Prior to working with Divine Home Care she worked as a LPN and RN at a Mental Health Facility for five years. Amanda graduated from Ridgewater College in Willmar, Minnesota with her Associate’s Degree in Nursing in May of 2007.
She lives in Appleton with her husband, Jesse and their daughter, Ingrid. In her free time she enjoys reading, camping and hunting.

Janis is a RN Case Manager at Divine Home Care. She started with the company in September of 2004 as an LPN and later became a RN Case Manager n May of 2005, after obtaining her Associate of Science degree from Ridgewater College in Willmar. Janis trains and orientates the new staff that come to work for Divine Home Care. She has also pursed learning Spanish and works primarily with the Hispanic population in the Willmar area; which she greatly enjoys. Janis's love for nursing started at the program in her hometown of Park Rapids, MN. She then got her CNA certificate at age 16 and LPN license at age 22. She worked in nursing homes for 7 years and part time in Home health care agencies as a Personal Care Attendant / Home Health Aide before working at Divine Home Care.
She and her husband, Terry, live in Willmar and have 2 dogs- Ernie, a Lhasa Poo, and Nelson, a Schnauzer. She is the youngest in a family of 10 children and enjoys traveling to visit her family who are scattered around in numerous states. She enjoys knitting, sewing, jogging, biking, making crafts and most recently has been attempting to work towards obtaining her private pilots license.. She comes from a large family and enjoys traveling to visit them often.

She has been a Registered Nurse for over two years and has been part of the Divine Home Care since May of 2007. Crystal has been in the healthcare field for ten years as a CNA and an LPN. She has experience in IV therapy, blood draws, wound vacs and wound care, G tubes, injections and catheter care. Being a Case manager she supervises LPN's, HHA and PCA's and provides coordination of care with physicians, licensed social workers and public health nurses.
In Crystal's spare time she enjoys camping, scrapbooking, spending time with her husband and children. She keeps busy with her 2 cats and 2 dogs, remodeling her home and spending time with her friends and family.

Becky started her career with Divine Home Care in June of 2009. Becky has been in the homecare field for a number of years and has experienced all aspects of homecare. Before coming over to Divine Home Care she worked in Hospice, Orthopedics, Triage, Urgent Care and as a Float nurse.
After a days work, she returns home each evening to her husband, Myron and their farming operation north of Hector, MN. She has 3 children; 2 sons and a daughter. Her sons are married and her daughter is going to college at UMD. Becky and Myron are also blessed with a granddaughter. She enjoys reading, bike riding, crocheting and spending time with family and friends.

Stephanie has been meeting the needs of the consumer with Divine Home Care since 2007. She has many years of experience working critical care and obstetrics at a local hospital and continues to work at Rice Memorial Hospital as well as Divine Home Care.
Stephanie lives in Kandiyohi with her husband, Jamie and their 4 children; Kaitlyn-13, Josiah-9, Jaden-4 and Ellie-2. She and her family thoroughly enjoy camping in the summer in their fifth wheel and Stephanie also loves shopping with her daughters and sisters.

Lyssa has an Associate of Science degree in nursing, from Central Lakes College. She began providing quality care to clients with Divine Home Care as a LPN in the summer of 2008 and then started her RN career in June of 2009. Before going to college to become a Register Nurse she studied the deaf culture and received a certificate in 2006.
Lyssa lives in Little Falls with her husband, Peter. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and going to her family's cabin during the summer months.

Rita has extensive experience in providing mental health care as she helped people at the Willmar Treatment Center, Rice Memorial Hospital and Woodland Centers. In 2006, Anne became part of the team with Divine Home care in providing quality care to consumers as a part time Case Manager. Anne has been in the nursing field for 25 years. After graduating from North Dakota State University she has worked in Acute/Critical Care and was a supervisor in an Assisted Living facility along with being a school nurse.
Anne and her husband, Galen live near Pierz, MN and have three children. Their two oldest children are attending Northwestern College in St. Paul and the youngest is in High School. During Anne's spare time she enjoys gardening, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Cara is a RN Case Manager at Divine Home Care. She started with the company in 2008 in the Litchfield office as a Case Manager and has since relocated to the Willmar office. Cara began her career in the health care field as a CNA in long term care. then advancing to CMA and LPN in a clinical practice. She has had experience in the clinic setting for 10 years before graduating from the Associated Degree in Nursing program at Ridgewater College, Willmar in May of 2008. She has worked in Urgent Care, Triage, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and also as a float nurse in a multi specialty clinic.
Cara lives in Willmar, MN and loves spending time with her husband, Danny and two children, Ethan and Jett. In her spare time; she enjoys scrapbooking, cooking, bicycling, walking and excursions with family and friends.
