Position Summary: Provides case management for a team of clients using nursing theory and process and in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act. Fulfills duties of a Registered Nurse (Refer to RN Job Description)
Reports to: Director of Nursing; Director of Clinical Services; Branch Manager
Directs: Assigned team members of RNs, LPNs, Office Personnel, Home Health Aides and Personal Care Attendants
