Our team of Registered Nurses (RN) are experts in the management of patient care in the home. Whether you are recovering following a recent stay in the hospital, learning about and dealing with a new diagnosis or trying to manage a chronic disease, our RNs will be there to assist you and your family through the entire process. Nursing care can include but is not limited to:
- Education related to the diagnosis
- Evaluation and monitoring of a condition
- Medication management
- Injections
- Wound care
- Blood draws for evaluation and treatment of an illness
- Post surgical care and recovery
- Care and maintenance of catheters, feeding tubes and IV’s
